Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued once a test has been ordered. All tests ordered shall be paid in full prior to any test result being released.
Testing Time Policy
You have 30 days, from the time of purchase, to have your test completed at a lab location. If testing is not completed within 30 days of purchase, a $50 fee will be applied.
